This Sunday I depart for the Philippines to, in some small way, help relieve suffering caused by the recent typhoon. My sincere appreciation to all those who have contributed to this effort. I have been completely overwhelmed by the generosity of friends, family, co-workers and even total strangers! It is my commitment to put your contributions to good use in support of people who have lost much of what little they had.
